1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or using ICT Indicator ("the indicator"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the indicator.

2. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the indicator on TradingView.

You MAY:

• Use the indicator on your personal TradingView account

• Use the indicator for personal trading and analysis

You MAY NOT:

• Share your access with others

• Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the indicator code

• Resell or redistribute the indicator

• Use the indicator on multiple TradingView accounts without additional licenses

3. Subscription Plans

Monthly Subscription:

• Access to the indicator for one month

• Auto-renews monthly until cancelled

• Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period

Lifetime Access:

• Permanent access to the indicator

• All future updates included

• One-time payment, no recurring charges

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

We encourage you to start with a monthly subscription if you want to test the indicator before committing to lifetime access.

5. Access Delivery

After successful payment, you will receive access to our Discord server where you can submit your TradingView username. Indicator access is typically granted within 24 hours.

6. Trading Disclaimer

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the indicator at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms

• Is harmful to other users or third parties

• Involves sharing or redistributing the indicator

If your access is terminated for violation of these terms, you will not be entitled to a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ICT Indicator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, or data loss.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the indicator in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Updates and Modifications

We may update the indicator from time to time to improve functionality or fix issues. We reserve the right to modify features without prior notice.

We may also update these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the indicator after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
